Business Analyst, Junior Executive

Responsibilities: -  Monitor the life cycle of theshipments and track status.Monitor the regional acceptance and delivery standards, provide details, and impose penalties.Monitoring and follow-up the operation scan data at the collection point.Actively monitor region lost rate and damage rate.Prepare daily, weekly and monthly related reports to management.Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.Requirements: -  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.Fresh graduate or 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for candidates as the role involves interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients.Effective organizational, planning and prioritization skills.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Able to start immediately will be an advantage. Fluent in Chinese, Malay & English languages.
