Job Responsibilities: Business AnalystElicit and document requirements for software development.Analyze and evaluate gathered requirements, producing deliverables like Business Requirements Documents, Use Cases, GUI, Screen, and Interface designs.Translate technical details into business language, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical audiences.Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements.Work closely with developers and subject matter experts to balance usability and performance.Support project managers with planning, scope, schedule, and other aspects of project execution.2. Project Manager or Senior Project Manager Lead cross-functional teams and manage collaboration with external vendors, partners, and clients.Develop and manage project schedules, scopes, and resources.Ensure effective communication, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation.Manage budgets and track project progress to ensure success.Deliver quality results while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders and clients.3. Associate Project Manager Coordinate project management activities and provide regular updates.Lead cross-functional team meetings; effectively manage communications with internal project team members.Facilitate communication across teams to ensure the team has the same understanding of the project, including but not limited to project schedule and requirements.Track project activities based on schedule.Draft and/or maintain project documents.Facilitate review of deliverables prepared by the delivery team before submitting them to the customer.Work alongside international teams, proactively identify risks and facilitate conflict resolution.4. IT Technical Support Engineer Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to clients.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues reported by clients.Work closely with the R&D team, replicating issues and assisting in bug resolution.Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions.Ensure client satisfaction in project support and maintenance.Prepare weekly reports, track change requests, and deliver training to users.Being a representative for project-specific customer technical inquiries and issues that you will take ownership and bring resolution. Ensure customer satisfaction in Project Support and Maintenance Collect information and perform deep-dive analysis, diagnosis, and troubleshootingCommit to SLA for response and resolution, troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of technical issuesManages the status of issues raised and ensure they are resolved effectively in a timely manner.Continually evaluate existing processes to streamline and enhance customer support activities.Manage and keep tracks of change requests, bug fixes status and system updates deployments documentations.Prepare weekly statistic reports and able to present professionally in the weekly progress meetings with clients.Prepare and keep track of user manuals documentation and versions as well as release notes for upcoming enhancement releases.Conduct training / hand-holding sessions with users and to guide them to troubleshoot the system to resolve software issues or problemsGenerate reports and write documentation, e.g. maintenance guide, monthly case report. Job Qualification: Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related fields.Minimum 1 year in IT industry managing large-scale applications.3+ years of experience for Project Manager roles; 7+ years for Senior Project Manager roles.Strong technical background and experience with software development lifecycle (waterfall/agile).Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).Preferred experience in vendor-based software delivery and B2B services.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in English and Mandarin; additional languages (Bahasa Melayu, Vietnamese) are a plus.Proactive and able to work under pressure.Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM) is advantageous.Certifications like PMP, CSM, CSPO, or PRINCE2 are highly valued.
