Business Development Assistant Manager

Details of the offer

1) Sales. Engage with potential clients, present and promote products or services, and close deals to drive revenue and achieve company sales targets. 
2) Client Relationship Management. Help manage client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
3) Opportunity Identification. Work with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships with universities, corporate clients, malls and etc.
4) Client Engagement Materials. Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to engage clients.
5) Market Research. Perform market research to identify potential clients, analyze market trends, and gather competitive intelligence.
6) Strategic Planning. Aid in the development and execution of strategic business development plans to expand market presence.
7) Performance Tracking. Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of business development initiatives.
8) Administrative Support. Provide administrative support to the Business Development team as needed.

; Requirements:- 1) Graduated from diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
2) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive valuable insights.
3) Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
4) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5) Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to multi-task effectively.
6) Self-motivated with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
7) Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
8) Must have personal transportation.
