### **Job Summary**:
We are seeking a confident and energetic Business Development Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, developing key relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve measurable results, playing a vital role in our company's continued success.
### **Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

2. **Business Development Strategy**:
- Assist in the development and execution of business development plans aligned with the company's strategic goals.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop rapport and establish trust with key decision-makers to facilitate collaboration and partnerships.

### **Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within a corporate environment.
