Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

British American Tobacco Malaysia is seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, with the flexibility of remote work. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic industry of tobacco products and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and new markets- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers to drive sales growth- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote products and increase brand awareness- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute business development initiatives- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed and make strategic recommendations- Prepare reports and presentations on business development activities and results

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Resilient and dedicated mindset with a strong work ethic- Persuasion and cooperation skills to effectively negotiate and collaborate with stakeholders- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
