Job ResponsibilityLead and manage agency activities to achieve company KPIs.
Oversee and implement agent recruitment strategies in line with corporate objectives.

Address and resolve agency members' concerns and challenges.
Boost agency morale through continuous motivation and support.
Organize and support company functions and events.
Job RequirementsCandidates must at least possess a Diploma or equivalent.
Good sales and negotiation skills with English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
