Business Development Manager Full Time Job Responsibilities: Market Research & Analysis Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.
Lead Generation & Sales Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Strategic Partnerships Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the fintech ecosystem, such as banks, payment processors, and technology providers.
Collaborate with partners to develop joint business initiatives and drive mutual growth.
Product Knowledge & Advocacy Maintain an in-depth understanding of our payment solutions, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the fintech sector.
Preferably experience in the E-Commerce space.
Advocate for our products and services at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Reporting & Analysis Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development performance.
Analyse sales data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the fintech industry.
Strong understanding of payment gateways, e-wallets, and digital payment solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Experience working with payment processors, banks, or financial institutions.
(Preferred) Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in fintech and digital payments.
(Preferred) Understanding of emerging trends and technologies in the fintech sector.
(Preferred) Remuneration: MYR 6,000 Consultant in charge: Ken Ng | +6019-213 2628 | ****** Travel allowance
