Business Operations Admin (Mandarin Speaker)

We are seeking a Business Operations Admin to support our sales team and help with daily business tasks. some of our clients and vendors may require to speak in mandarin / cantonese, thus the ability to converse in Mandarin/cantonese will be helpful for effective communication.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with administrative,coordination and organizational tasks, including preparing documents and managing client communications , reports and records of proceedings and other specialized documentation.Writing and answering business or technical letters and other similar correspondenceCommunicate with providers from China, ensuring smooth operations and clear understanding.Support sales activities, including quotations, tracking progress, and maintaining records.Organize and manage business documents and reports.Liaising with staffs about a range of matters relating to the organization's operations; Requirements: Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with providers from China.Prior experience in administrative or business-related roles is preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
