Details of the offer

Responsibilities:
To provide administrative support to ensure smooth running of daily operations and customer management including:
Processing customers' prize payout, accounts topping-up and withdrawals.
Processing office bills and invoices for payment.
?Handling petty cash reimbursement.
Preparing monthly expenses report for office.
Preparing Sales Performance Report on a weekly/monthly basis and compute the Sales Budget.
Coordinating all the documentation pertaining to Agency Management.
Assisting in corporate community donations.
Performing other functions on ad-hoc basis as and when required.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
Must be conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to converse in Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage.
Well verse with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Well organised, meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
