Buyer (Non-Halal - Fresh / Perishable / Grocery)

Job Description:
- Managing purchasing resources for high efficiency and good coordination in achieving on time supply and target inventory level
- Review stock purchase by monitoring market conditions, current stock levels, potential cost increase, anticipation of market demand & supplier condition
- Work closely with potential vendors to determine the best deal for the company while maintaining good relationship with existing vendors
- Maintaining up-to-date product master file including all products cost & selling price
- Analyse, plan and negotiate with potential suppliers for routine/seasonal/thematic promotion as needed to capture all sales opportunities
- Preparing/reviewing new or existing outlet’s planagrom for better space utilization and improve customer’s shopping experience.
- Work closely with other departments for promotion execution, new outlet set up/opening and etc.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with 3 years’ experience in same or similar capacity
- Pro-active, good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Result oriented & ability to work either independently or as a team player
- Computer literate (Excel, word, power point)
- Well verse in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin ?
- Work location in Kempas Lama (near Starhill Golf Course).
- 5 days work week (Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm).
