Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. ### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues effectively. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout customer interactions.

- **Issue Resolution:** Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. Ensure that all customer interactions are documented accurately in the CRM system.

- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hartalega's product offerings, services, and policies to provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals. Foster a supportive environment where team members can share insights and strategies to enhance customer service delivery.

- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

- **Feedback and Improvement:** Collect customer feedback and suggest areas for improvement in process or service delivery to management. Participate in team meetings focused on continuous improvement initiatives.

- **Training and Development:** Assist in the onboarding and training of new staff as necessary. Share best practices and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing among team members.

- **Sales Support:** Occasionally assist with upselling or cross-selling products and services during customer interactions where applicable, contributing to overall sales objectives.

### Requirements

- **Education:** A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is an asset.

- **Experience:** A minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment, demonstrating a strong track record of exceeding performance goals and managing customer relationships.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using call center software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with telecommunication technologies is a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
