**Job Description:**

IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in a remote work capacity. As a part-time specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with resilience and energy. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the skills to negotiate effectively while working cooperatively with colleagues and clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Engagement:**
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.

2. **Sales Assistance:**
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell products/services compatible with customer needs.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention while meeting company goals.

3. **Record Keeping:**
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Regularly update customer information to ensure accuracy and compliance with data management policies.

4. **Team Collaboration:**
- Cooperate with team members to achieve collective targets and enhance overall service quality.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to improve service delivery.

5. **Quality Assurance:**
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding customer service.
- Contribute to ongoing personal and team performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a remote environment.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Familiarity with CRM software and phone systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other communication tools.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions positively.
- Strong cooperation and teamwork skills, demonstrating the ability to work well with others in a virtual setting.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Resilient and able to maintain a positive attitude during challenging situations.
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to customer service, exhibiting a passion for helping others.

- **Education:**
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualification in business or a related field is a plus.
