Campus Services Executive

The appointee will be responsible for areas as designated by the Manager, Campus Services Unit. These include:- Provide high level support to the University staff and students;- Communicate and negotiate with vendor on project implementation;- Manage performance of the customer service to meet a service target of 99.5% of service tickets resolved within an agreed time frame (SLA);- Resolve work related issue pro-actively and improve work processes; and- Direct and coordinate activities of help desk staff engaged in computer operations by performing the duties personally or through subordinates.**HOW TO APPLY**:The "Application Process" section in our website indicates the steps you need to follow.
