Job Descriptions: Conduct DL operational training, generate the process checklist and theory test paper for operators' certification purpose. Coordinate on Induction schedule and other internal courses to operators. Provide guidance in developing training material and training aids. Execute any operative & non-operative training improvement plans to meet the project objectives. Supervise a pool of trainers in performing operational training to meet organizational objectives. Assist in coordinating / implementing non-operative training courses (internal & external) Job Requirements SPM/STPM/Certificate, preferably with training certificate/engineering/production or equivalent qualification. Preferably with 2 years training experience in related manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Ms Office is required for the above position. Ability to build good working relationship with others/work group and possess strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels. Full Time position base in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia
