Job Responsibility Responsible for category sales, margin, income, stocks and market shareprepare weekly, monthly promotion planning & category strategy planningformulate marketing strategies to sustain and build brand awareness to rive the business growthresponsible for overall brand positioning and manage all product launches & marketing activitiesnegotiation of trading and promotion termsliaise with other department such as marketing, supply chain, online business on promotion planning and brand building arrangementestablishment and maintenance of productive supplier relationship Job Requirement Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent within FMCGAt least 5 years working experience in Personal Care/ Beauty Category is an added advantageStrategic thinker with proven experience of developing and implementing effective and integrated brand plansGood negotiation & communication skills (internal & external), good commercial sense and analytical skillsTeam player, positive attitude, multi-tasking and able to handle stressMust be able to work well under tight deadlines
