Your Role Would Include: Communicate, maintain good rapport, and provide a good customer service experience to parents/customers. Manage and lead the operations of the centre. Motivate the team and work closely to build a strong team. The Ideal Candidates Should Have: A Degree in any discipline. Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage. At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the capacity of a manager. Those with working experience in education, customer service, PR, or hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.
