JOB DESCRIPTION
Overall in-charge of electrical section and responsible for all electrical matters in manufacturing
industry.
To carry out routine electrical related machinery maintenance.
Conducting routine inspections of electrical supply of premises and equipment.
To troubleshoot and repair machinery breakdown due to electrical failure.
To liaise and coordinate with electrical contractor on major repair or maintenance works
To ensure electrical installation complies with the Electricity Supply Act and Electricity Regulations.
Repair of electrical equipment/ machinery as per Facilities & Maintenance Job Sheet request.
Purchase of maintenance supplies/ parts and assisting in equipment installations.
To deal with TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, other government agencies and visiting / supervising electrical
engineer on matter related to electricity supply and safety.
Record daily routine inspection of transformer and switch gear (High and Low Voltage system).
Job Requirements
Must possess Certificate of Competency BO Category 11 KV or AO Certificate issued by
Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga), Malaysia.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Candidate who is able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
