Digi.Com Berhad is seeking an enthusiastic and diligent Chat Support Officer to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. ### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers through live chat to address their inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer concerns and needs promptly, working efficiently to resolve problems while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed and up-to-date on Digi.Com products and services to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.
- **Documentation:** Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions, feedback, and frequently asked questions to improve future customer service initiatives.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to improve processes, share best practices, and enhance service delivery.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant departments for ongoing product and service improvements.
- **Customer Education:** Educate customers on how to use our products effectively, and provide tips to enhance their experience with our services.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding response times, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.

### **Requirements:**

#### **Educational Qualifications:**
- Minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.

#### **Experience:**
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or chat support role is preferred.

#### **Skills and Competencies:**
- **Independent:** Ability to work autonomously in a remote work environment while managing time effectively.
- **Confident:** Strong verbal communication skills, ensuring coherent and professional interactions with customers.
