**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify customer problems and troubleshooting issues promptly and efficiently.

3. **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about the latest products, services, and company promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and product knowledge workshops to enhance skills and understanding.

5. **Collaboration**:

6. **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Accurately log all customer interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) software.

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required; a relevant degree or certification is a plus.

- **Experience**:
- No prior experience required; however, any customer service experience is advantageous.
