Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for remote work flexibility. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Confident and passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Strong planning and persuasion skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using chat support software and other customer service tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
