Duties and responsibilities Candidate must be willing to work at the International School canteen,To be polite, professional, and friendly at all times with customers, clients, and colleaguesTo ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all timesTo demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectationsTakes personal responsibility for correcting customer service problemsAssist team before, during, and after serviceSeeks out client's current and future needsEnsure all company innovations are correctly implemented (where applicable) & Identify any additional opportunities and discuss with the line managerAllocate duties to the team, supervising and assistingCoaches team to take corrective action as necessary and ensure follow-throughCarry out appropriate training for all team membersExplains the reasons for decisionsEnsures the team has all the necessary information needed to meet its objectivesPrioritize work, monitor standards, and conduct regular quality auditsComply with company and client Health, Safety, and Food Safety legislation Requirement and Qualification Proven work experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, Chef Manager, or similar roleProven customer service experience as a managerExtensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait for staffStrong leadership, motivation, and people skillsAcute financial management skillsExperience in Asian Cuisine (expert in Chinese Cuisine) is an advantage.At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): MANAGING, FOOD PREPARATION, FOOD COST.Knowledge and experience in types of Chinese Cuisine
