JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Overseeing the entire business operations and identifying areas of shortcomings and taking remedial action for process improvementImplement business strategies and plans in alignment to the group's vision and missionMeasure and report key metric and performance of Head of Departments, and develop action plans to achieve goals to ensure performance resultsEnhancing the operational team with the leadership and resources needed to successfully complete operations objectives.Ensuring compliance to BURSA Requirements.Reports to the Group Chief Executive Offices pertaining to matters of importance JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in any discipline or equivalent3-5 years related experienceAbility to diagnose problems and weakness promptly and implementing action plansPossess competency in strategic planning and business developmentPossess good foresight of advanced business planning and familiar with Bursa regulatory requirementsExperienced working in a PLC and the ability start immediately will be an added advantage
