Job Summary: We are looking for a Chinese-speaking recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on mass hiring.
You'll handle sourcing, screening, and placing candidates, ensuring timely hiring for large-scale recruitment projects.
Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
Post jobs, source candidates, and conduct interviews.
Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs.
Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.
Track recruitment activities and report progress to clients.
Requirements: Fluent in Mandarin and English.
1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in mass hiring.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
