This is a full-time on-site role as a Chocolate Chef located in Sabah Al Salem. As a Chocolate Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of chocolates, truffles, and other confections. You will develop new recipes, ensure quality control, and manage inventory. You will also collaborate with the team to design and create custom chocolate orders for special events and occasions.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Chocolate Chef or Pastry Chef
Knowledge of different types of chocolates, flavor combinations, and techniques
Attention to detail and creativity in chocolate presentation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Food safety certification is a plus
Nationality
Foreign nationality is preferred, especially from Europe.#J-18808-Ljbffr
