As a Civil Engineer, you will play a vital role in the design, development and maintenance of various civil engineering projects, contributing to the company's commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions.
What you'll be doing
Conducting site assessments, surveys and investigations to gather data and information required for project planning and design
Designing civil engineering structures such as buildings, bridges, roads and water treatment facilities
Preparing detailed engineering drawings, specifications and technical reports
Overseeing the construction and installation of civil engineering projects
Ensuring projects adhere to relevant building codes, safety standards and environmental regulations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers and contractors
Providing technical support and guidance to project stakeholders
Continuously researching and adopting new civil engineering techniques and technologies
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Strong technical skills in structural analysis, design, and project management
Proficiency in using engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety standards and environmental regulations
A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to project sites as needed
