Client Accounts Specialist

Responsibilities / Job Description:
· To assist Sales Team for outdoors Account.
· Product Expert and solution provider
· Responsible mainly for quotation submission.
· To provide weekly reports on sales activities, sales achievements and product movements.
· Attend and provide prompt response to Clients’ enquiries via emails and phone calls.
· Support sales team in coordination of stock and/ or consignment related orders.
· Documentation and logistics control.
· Check stipulated sales coordinator’s documentation before posting into UBS system.
· Provide support to sales Team on daily sales operation activities and coordinate sale orders.
· Ability to handle any urgent task assigned from time to time.
· To communicate effectively and promptly with Clients in regards to enquiries and complaints.
· Responsible for monitoring of sales activities and Clients’ credit control.
