### **Job Description**

Digi.Com Berhad is seeking a passionate and energetic Client Relations Manager to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. As a key player in our client relations department, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our relationships with current and prospective clients. ### **Key Responsibilities**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Regularly assess clients' needs to offer tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

2. **Communication and Feedback:**
- Conduct periodic check-ins to gather client feedback and assess satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and present reports on client interactions, feedback, and trends to inform management decisions.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of client interactions and outcomes.

3. **Collaboration and Team Support:**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure alignment of client needs and company offerings.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative strategies for client engagement and retention.

4. **Strategy Development:**
- Assist in the development and execution of client engagement strategies that promote the company's services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.

5. **Training and Development:**
- Provide training and guidance to new team members on client relations best practices.
- Continuously improve personal knowledge and skills related to client relationship management and industry trends.

6. **Analytical Skills:**
- Analyze client feedback and behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data analytics tools to create actionable insights and recommendations.

7. **Administrative Duties:**
- Prepare documentation related to client interactions, proposals, and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while handling client data and communications.

### **Requirements**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in client relations, account management, or a related field.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a suitable field.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic: Possess a vibrant and enthusiastic approach to client interactions.
- Passionate: A genuine passion for fostering relationships and enhancing client experiences.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing client information and communications.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
