Sunway Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang. This part-time position is ideal for a driven and confident individual with a strong background in client management and relationship building. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and driving strategic growth initiatives. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our client experience and supporting our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product/service information promptly.

- **Strategic Planning:**
- Collaborate with management to develop strategic plans aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery and engagement strategies.

- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment in client expectations and goals.
- Facilitate information sharing among departments to enhance client experience and streamline service processes.

- **Client Engagement and Retention:**
- Implement strategies to engage clients and foster long-term relationships, focusing on retention and growth.
- Develop and execute client engagement initiatives, such as workshops, webinars, or events, to enhance the client experience.

- **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction, feedback, and engagement metrics to senior management.
- Use data to inform strategic decisions and recommend improvements to client service approaches.

- **Market Research and Innovation:**
- Stay informed of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for client engagement.
- Innovate and propose enhancements to services and processes based on client needs and expectations.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or account management, preferably in a corporate environment.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Driven: A self-motivated individual with a strong desire to excel and exceed client expectations.
- Confident: A professional and assertive demeanor in dealing with clients and stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
