**Job Description:**

Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Relations Representative to join our diverse team in a part-time, remote work capacity. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong background in client relations, have a knack for communication, and thrive in a virtual work environment. As a Client Relations Representative, you will serve as a vital link between our clients and the organization, ensuring a positive relationship and fostering overall client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Interaction:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing inquiries and providing timely responses via email, phone calls, and video conferencing.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations.

2. **Problem Resolution:**
- Address client concerns and issues proactively, employing strong problem-solving skills to resolve matters efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and solve client-related challenges, ensuring optimal solutions are implemented.

3. **Client Engagement:**
- Facilitate regular check-ins with clients to gauge satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and communicate these to relevant teams.

4. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and outcomes in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track client engagement metrics and highlight areas for staff training or process enhancements.

5. **Training and Support:**
- Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through product or service features, providing demonstrations, and answering any initial questions.
- Organize and conduct training sessions for clients on new products or services.

6. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to communicate client needs and influence product improvements.
- Participate in team meetings to provide insights from client interactions that may inform business strategy.

7. **Corporate Social Responsibility:**
- Engage in Dialog Group Berhad's corporate social responsibility initiatives, promoting community engagement and volunteer opportunities among clients and team members.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role, with a track record of fostering positive client experiences.

- **Education:** A degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred, but exemptions exist based on prior experience.

- **Skills:**
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack) is a plus.
- **Resourcefulness:** Ability to work independently and find solutions efficiently in a remote working environment.
- **Hardworking:** Demonstrated commitment to high-quality performance and achieving client satisfaction.
