### Job Description

MYEG Services Berhad is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Relations Representative to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will work remotely while leveraging data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product and service information. Ensure prompt and professional communication via phone, email, and chat.

- **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and feedback, and acting as their advocate within the organization.

- **Data Analysis:** Leverage data analytics to track client satisfaction metrics, identify trends, and uncover insights to inform client engagement strategies and enhance service delivery initiatives.

- **Problem Resolution:** Handle and resolve client complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and a swift resolution process.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a seamless client experience across all touchpoints.

- **Reporting:** Assist in preparing regular reports on client satisfaction, feedback, and engagement levels to share insights with management and suggest improvements based on data findings.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to enhance your skills and share best practices for client service excellence.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

### Requirements

**Education & Experience:**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

**Personality Traits:**
- Dedicated and hardworking with a passion for providing exceptional client service.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing workload effectively to meet deadlines.

**Soft Skills:**
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with coworkers across various departments.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in communications and documentation.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to convey information professionally and clearly.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using CRM software and familiar with data analysis tools.
- Capable of adapting to new technology and processes with ease.
