As a **Client Relations Specialist**, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. You will be responsible for managing client communications, addressing inquiries, and facilitating problem resolution while representing the values and mission of Hartalega Holdings Berhad.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for business growth and development.
- Assist with the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of services offered.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align client needs with company offerings.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and to gather feedback on services and products.
- Identify trends in client feedback and work with management to propose and implement improvements in client services and product offerings.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Support the planning and execution of client-focused events and initiatives that enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills while ensuring client needs are met.
- Promote a culture of innovation by encouraging feedback and proposing new ideas to enhance client relations.
**Requirements:**
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or client management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage with clients at all levels.
- An adaptable personality, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, and open to change.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and propose new strategies to improve client experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to cooperate and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
