**Job Overview:**
As a Client Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients' experience and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. This part-time position requires someone who is resourceful and confident in dealing with diverse clients and situations. You will be responsible for supporting our clients through various channels, offering high-quality service and fostering long-term relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing necessary information about our services and products.
- Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions to client problems and requests.
- Monitor client interactions and feedback, using insights to improve service and customer satisfaction levels.
- Assist in developing and implementing client engagement strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare reports summarizing client interactions and service outcomes for management review.
- Participate in scheduled training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the client service process through thoughtful feedback and suggestions.
- Uphold the company's values and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing or service-oriented role.
- Resourceful and confident, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Strong strategic planning capabilities, able to foresee potential client issues and proactively create solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all client interactions and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and warmly with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
