### Job Description:

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking an experienced and dedicated Client Service Manager to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and enhancing the client experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning. This part-time position is suited for a professional with at least seven years of experience in client relations or service management, who is adaptable, motivated, and eager to contribute to our company's success.

### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and expectations to anticipate future requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues and concerns promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.

2. **Service Strategy Development:**
- Develop and implement client service strategies to improve service delivery and enhance client experiences.
- Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making processes, ensuring strategic initiatives align with client needs and company values.

3. **Team Leadership and Development:**
- Lead and mentor the client service team, fostering a positive working environment that encourages professional growth and collaboration.
- Set performance goals and objectives for team members, providing regular feedback and support to help them achieve their targets.

4. **Client Retention and Growth:**
- Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities, negotiating service agreements that meet both client and company objectives.

5. **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Prepare and present regular reports on client service performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to drive strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing client experiences and improving operational efficiency.

6. **Cross-Departmental Collaboration:**
- Work closely with various departments, including operations, sales, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.
- Facilitate communication between departments to resolve client issues and streamline service processes.

### Requirements:

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 7 years of experience in client service management or a related field, demonstrating progressive responsibility.

- Adaptable: Ability to adjust to changing circumstances and client demands with ease.
- Motivated: Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client relationship management.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams effectively and inspire others to excel.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to navigate client agreements and resolve conflicts amicably.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software; familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage.
