**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or customer support role.

- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
