**Job Description:**

British American Tobacco Malaysia is seeking a motivated and resourceful Client Service Officer to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. This part-time position is ideal for an individual who is driven and passionate about providing exceptional client service. The Client Service Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by effectively managing client interactions, addressing inquiries, and assisting with the delivery of our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Interaction:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information regarding products and services.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups to ensure ongoing satisfaction.

2. **Operational Support:**
- Assist in the coordination and execution of client orders, including processing transactions and managing records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication of client requirements.
- Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service offerings.

3. **Project Management:**
- Plan and execute various client service initiatives and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in client service practices, leveraging calculated risks to drive progress.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management detailing client service metrics and project outcomes.

4. **Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in service delivery.
- Use data insights to contribute to strategy formulation for improved service outcomes.

5. **Training and Development:**
- Assist in training new team members on client service protocols and company policies.
- Participate in continuous learning opportunities to enhance personal development and industry knowledge.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or customer support role.
- **Skills:**
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines through effective planning and project management.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
