QSR Brands is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Client Service Specialist** to join our dynamic team. ### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information regarding products and services while ensuring a positive client experience.

- **Problem Resolution:** Identify client issues, interpret their needs, and offer effective solutions. Use your problem-solving skills to manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

- **Account Management:** Maintain and update client records within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all interactions and transactions are recorded accurately for future reference and follow-up.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to communicate client feedback and escalate issues as necessary for resolution.

- **Client Education:** Train and guide clients on product usage, new features, and best practices to maximize their experience with our services.

- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor client satisfaction metrics and contribute to reports on service quality and client feedback. Be proactive in suggesting improvement initiatives to enhance client experience.

- **Adaptability to Change:** Embrace changes in processes, systems, and service delivery methods while remaining focused on client needs. Help to champion a culture that responds resiliently to client feedback and emerging market trends.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred, but not mandatory.

- **Experience:** A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, ideally within a client-facing role in a fast-paced environment.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using various communication tools and platforms. Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
