As our Account Manager, you will act as the vital link between our clients and talented in-house teams, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional project delivery. Your goal? Key Responsibilities:



-Client Relationship Management




-Be the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, trust-based partnerships.


-Understand client goals, challenges, and expectations, translating them into actionable project objectives.


-Maintain consistent, proactive communication to keep clients informed, engaged, and delighted.

2. Project Execution and Oversight



-Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring all deliverables align with agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and quality standards.


-Collaborate seamlessly with designers, writers, and other creative teams to deliver top-notch results aligned with client expectations.


-Identify potential risks early, providing solutions to keep projects on track and avoid disruptions.

3. Presentations, Reporting, and Feedback



-Develop and present engaging project updates, proposals, and final deliverables to clients.


-Lead client meetings, effectively communicating key milestones, progress, and results.


-Gather and incorporate client feedback into future project planning to ensure continuous improvement.

; Requirements:-



-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.


-1+ years of experience in account management, project management, or a similar role—ideally within a creative agency environment.


-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural talent for building rapport and maintaining long-term client relationships.


-Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with grace and precision.


-Strong attention to detail with superb organizational skills.


-Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite.
