### Job Description

Eco World Development Group Berhad is looking for a dedicated and motivated Client Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this part-time role, you will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional client service and support within our organization. Your primary focus will be to liaise with clients, address their inquiries, and provide solutions that align with the company's vision of sustainable development and community engagement.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the first point of contact for incoming client inquiries via telephone, email, or in-person, ensuring a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.

- **Account Management:** Assist in managing client accounts and relationships, ensuring that all client needs are met promptly and satisfactorily.

- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions to help build a comprehensive understanding of client needs and preferences.

- **Issue Resolution:** Identify client issues and escalate them appropriately, while also providing immediate solutions within your scope of authority.

- **Strategic Planning Support:** Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective client support strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

- **Persuasion and Communication:** Utilize your persuasion skills to effectively communicate and promote new service offerings or initiatives to clients as necessary.

- **Feedback Collection:** Actively solicit feedback from clients regarding services rendered, and report findings to management to help inform improvements and strategic decisions.

- **Training Participation:** Engage in all provided training programs to enhance personal and professional development, and maintain knowledge of company services and industry trends.

- **Contribution to CSR Initiatives:** Participate in company-sponsored corporate social responsibility activities, helping to give back to the community and promote Eco World's commitment to sustainability.

### Requirements

- **Education:** A degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

- **Experience:** At least 3 years of experience in a client support or customer service role, ideally within the real estate or development sector.

- **Personality Traits:** Driven and motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to exceed client expectations.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Strategic Planning:** Able to think critically about client needs and how best to fulfill them through strategic initiatives.
- **Persuasion:** Skilled in influencing clients and stakeholders in a positive manner to facilitate engagement and compliance.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software would be advantageous.

- **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Malay and other languages would be a plus.
