Job Description:

Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Client Support Assistant to work from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions.
3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
6. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
1. 4 years of experience in a client support role.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
7. High school diploma or equivalent.
