Job Description:
MISC Berhad is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Support Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
2. Manage client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
4. Conduct presentations to clients on company products and services.
5. Assist in project management tasks related to client support initiatives.
6. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their accounts and any relevant changes.
7. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
8. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Strong project management skills.
3. Excellent presentation skills.
4. 2+ years of experience in client support or a similar role.
5. Driven and dedicated personality traits.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
