**Job Description:**

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad, a leading player in the rubber manufacturing industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated **Client Support Representative** to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. This part-time position is ideal for an independent and motivated individual who is eager to contribute to our commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Kossan products and services to provide accurate information to clients.

2. **Problem Resolution:**
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner, applying critical thinking to ensure satisfactory solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure they are resolved efficiently.

3. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting all inquiries and resolutions.
- Generate regular reports on customer feedback and service performance metrics to help identify areas for improvement.

4. **Customer Relationship Management:**
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and establish a loyal customer base.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to gauge customer satisfaction and gather feedback on products and services.

5. **Training and Development:**
- Assist in training new team members by sharing insights and best practices in client support.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated with product advancements and customer service techniques.

6. **Presentation and Communication:**
- Prepare and deliver clear and compelling presentations on product features and benefits when engaging with clients.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen ability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with customer support tools is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
