Main Kitchen / Western / Pastry / Chinese / Asian / Staff Canteen- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.- Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.- Frequent checks on quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.- Monitor stocks for all baking ingredients such as flour, sugar, etc. and make appropriate orders within budget.- Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings, etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting.- Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers.- Must be a teamwork personality and serious in work- Disciplined and follows procedures accordingly- Always maintain kitchen cleanliness & communicate with team member**Job Requirements**- Experience minimum of 1 to 3 year in kitchen hospitality industry- Possess Certificate / Diploma / Degree and any equivalent- Shift work schedules- Flexibility and able to work during Public Holiday and anytime required by operations- Must have adhered to employee medical and safety requirements if are required- Valid Typhoid injection & Food handler course- Able to start immediately- Prepared local sabahan**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,900.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Early shift- Evening shift
