Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Full time
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Source-To-Contract (S2C) and commodity management where applicable.
Formulate supply base strategy to support Country business needs aligned with Company's goals.
Focus on commodity management strategies and maintenance, including contracts and productivity.
Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to address supply challenges and ensure customer needs are met.
Identify opportunities for savings and improvements on efficiency.
Define and monitor metrics in line with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) or Key Performance Indicator (KPI) objectives.
Drive towards achieving AOP/KPI with stakeholders.
Assess supplier spend and performance, as well as associated risks.
Encourage early involvement on enquiries to support commercial negotiations.
Collaborate with Global/Regional Category Managers to define Country Procurement strategy.
Align Global/Regional strategies with Country Commodity strategies.
Support implementation of Global/Regional commodity strategies where applicable.
Procurement Routines and Management:
Execute Pay-To-Purchase (P2P) processes within Procurement.
Ensure compliance with Country, Global, and regional guidelines.
Manage contracts with Buyer/Senior Buyer, including NDAs and compliance guides.
Develop new suppliers while managing existing ones to optimize the supply base.
Coordinate with Linde Business Solution Center (LBSC) for seamless P2P operations.
Internal/External Cross-Functional Team Management:
Develop capabilities of internal team members through coaching and training.
Maintain healthy relationships within cross-functional teams.
Define clear AOP deliverables by respective parties.
Other Responsibilities:
Support other objectives and strategies by the Company.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering or Business.
Experience in strategic supply chain commodity/category management.
Minimum two (2) to five (5) years of experience in procurement sourcing or supply chain commodity management.
Experience in AOP/KPI setting is an advantage.
Experience in SAP and SRM is an advantage.
