Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is seeking a driven and motivated Communications Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in communications or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the company's products and services
- Create engaging content for various communication channels, including social media, press releases, and internal communications
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Assist in organizing events and promotional activities
- Respond to inquiries from the media and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent cooperation and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
