**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Communications Specialist to join our team. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our internal and external communications strategies. You will work collaboratively with various departments to promote transparency, engagement, and brand awareness aligned with Maxis Berhad's strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Content Development:** Create, edit, and manage engaging content for diverse communication channels, including social media, newsletters, press releases, and the company website.
- **Public Relations:** Assist in managing media relations, organizing press releases, and supporting public relations initiatives to enhance the company's reputation.
- **Internal Communications:** Develop and execute internal communication strategies that inform and engage employees, including writing reports, internal newsletters, and organizing town hall meetings.
- **Event Coordination:** Support the organization of company events, workshops, and community engagement initiatives to foster a positive corporate image.
- **Research and Analysis:** Conduct market research and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- **Crisis Management:** Collaborate with senior leadership in developing communication strategies during crises, ensuring that messaging aligns with company values and is delivered effectively.
- **Stakeholder Engagement:** Facilitate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and community partners to promote Maxis Berhad's initiatives.
- **Brand Messaging:** Ensure all communications are consistent with the Maxis brand voice and promote our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- **Training & Development:** Provide training to employees on effective communication practices, fostering an environment of learning and growth.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related role.
- Proven experience in creating compelling written content and executing communication strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital communication tools and platforms, particularly social media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
