The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Execute South East Asia-based event strategies and concepts in line with the company's objectives Support management of all facets of event planning and execution, including marketing, coordination with vendors, venue management, and on-site logistics Liaise with potential clients, record labels, and partners to secure event sponsorships and collaborations Drive events programme for Malaysia operations and support event operations in South East Asia Reinforce best practices and standard operating procedures to assist in building operational excellence, ensuring all events run smoothly, consistently, and on-time, adhering to the highest standards of quality and brand alignment Create and organise events documents and files, including detailed reports, spreadsheets, guidelines, and presentations Gather data and analyse performance of event based initiatives Provide overall administrative support to the Events Team related to event organization, including budget management, scheduling, and compliance with safety regulations In your application, please use a conversational writing style and tell us over 3 paragraphs:
