Provide good client service ensuring clients receive prompt responses to request and queriesReview and ensure statutory book are in orderFollow-up with client on the return of documents and forms and ensuring submission of statutory forms and documents to CCMBe a team player and provide leave cover for fellow team membersAble to handle accounts (etc key-in)At least 1 to 2 years or more working experience in corporate secretarial practice.Computer literacy etc Microsoft Word, excel , MBRS systems, AUTOCOUNTProficiency in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English with good interpersonal skillsAbility to work both in team environment and independently with minimum supervision.
