Company Secretary Assistant

Assist the Company Secretary in all aspects of secretarial duties and administrative matters.
Assist to lodge documents with the relevant authorities.
Monitor and comply with submission deadlines.
Liaise with clients, SSM, and all other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters.
Ensure prompt response and delivery of assignments to clients.
Provide advice on compliance requirements and ensure clients' compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
ICSA qualification or equivalent academic background. (Candidates without qualifications but with relevant experience will also be considered.)
At least 1 year of working experience in corporate secretarial practice.
Good knowledge of the Companies Act 2016 and familiarity with the regulatory and reporting requirements and guidelines.
Proficient in spoken and written English; ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
