Purpose Statement: Key Job Accountabilities:Executes Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.Education/Experience Qualifications:A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to Electronics / Manufacturing / Engineering or Science.One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.Other Qualifications: Basic Workmanship Standards KnowledgeIntermediate Computer SkillsIntermediate Decision Making, Problem Solving SkillsIntermediate Verbal and Written Communications SkillsFundamental Analytical SkillsProactive and ability to work in a Cross-Discipline team environmentUnderstand Basic ManufacturingAbility to develop good working relationships with team members and customersLab tool/ test/measurement equipment experience preferredPhysical Requirements: N/ATravel Requirements: Less than 10%
