Construction Manager

Responsibilities: •To plan & ensure all works are completed on time incompliance with drawings and specifications. •Responsible for liaison with Project team members, includingcontractors, sub-contractors, and authorities on all sitematters. •To resolve any technical problems or issues faced at the worksite. •Attending client/consultant/site/technicalmeetings. •To ensure the company's resources, including equipment, manpower,materials, etc., are put to best use. •To ensure the quality of work is maintained at the highest standardand to promote the company's competent image in the constructionindustry. •To ensure OSH risk assessments and EMS impact & aspectregister are conducted and implemented in companyoperations. Requirements: •At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field andin a similar position. •Preferable with work experience in Design & Build Companypreviously. •Self-motivated, have good communication skills, and strongproblem-solving skills. •Good command of English and report writingskills. •Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadershipskills. •Able to speak Mandarin will be anadvantage.
