Consultant

As a solution consultant, you will lead and facilitate internal cross-functional teams including sales, product engineering and customer success to help customers learn and adopt LintraMax's industry leading cloud solutions in their business operations.

Responsibilities: Manage customer onboarding process and status. Create onboarding action plan for new customer to ensure customer onboarding success and exceed customer expectations.Ensures customer has a consistent experience on their entire onboarding journey. Serve as a liaison between Sales and Customer Success.Establish quality metrics and monitor results to identify issues and implement improvement measures.Collaborate closely with product engineering teams to ensure that LintraMax solution evolves with changing market needs.Be an advocate of customers in product direction discussions.Identify ways to streamline and improve customer success rate.Requirements: Knowledge or experience in enterprise SaaS or ERP implementationPosses good listening ability and emphatic to customer in helping them solve problems.Organisational skills to connect and work with various stakeholdersProject management experience is an advantageExcellent verbal and written communication skills
